You also must uninstall the software, any saved forms, and complete and sign the Letter of Intellectual Property Destruction. We must receive the letter and CD from you within the 30-day period. There are no exceptions. Email or fax copies of the letter can't be accepted. (click here for letter) Proof of delivery is required to avoid potential delays. We can not issue a refund if the software has not been uninstalled from all computers. Our server records each computer's ID and IP address during the installation process. Furthermore, you are agreeing that at anytime you reinstall the software after a refund has been issued, your card will automatically be billed. Electronic Delivery: Please note that even though we ship a backup CD, our product is considered delivered electronically on the day ordered whether or not you choose to download.
